More Opposing Viewpoints

This debate doesn't affect my topic for Life the Book because it isn't focused on health care.

I think universal health care would be too expensive and would lower the quality of health care. It may sound like a good idea but what if it doesn't cover all medical needs? I don't think universal health care would work well.
